I first became drawn to past life regression in 1989, when I read Jess Stearn's The Search for the Girl With the Blue Eyes.  Later on in 1989, I stumbled across Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss.  My fascination grew. I read whatever I could find about past life regression.  Reflecting now, I believe my draw to past life regression had to do with my desire to recover the missing portions of my childhood. I had big gaps in memory.  I was also fascinated to discover why I was drawn to certain things such as Midaeval clothing and objects, loose leaf tea, incense, Indian cotton and astrology.

In 2003, a wonderful soul, Garry Rondeau, gave the first certification course for transpersonal hypnotherapists in Richmond, Ontario.  I did a couple of sessions with Garry before the certification course, so that I would know what the experience was like.  It was amazing!  I started to retrieve some memories from my childhood as well as past lives.  This was a pivotal point in my healing journey and the recovery of what I had repressed in childhood.  I had tried therapy; however, I had made no progress.  Finally, through past life regression with a wonderful healer and teacher, Garry Rondeau, my healing journey had begun.  I was so excited and transformed by this, that I wanted to be able to help others on their respective healing journeys as well. I became a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist in 2003.  I have loved and been wowed by every single journey I have guided since.
